Weight Loss Disclaimer
Last updated 22 April 2026. Transparency about results and individual outcomes. We believe in honest, realistic communication about what our programmes can and cannot deliver.
Individual Results Vary
In this disclaimer, "Sister Squad", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Sister Squad, operated by Emma Weafer.
Any transformations, progress photos, testimonials, or results shared through Sister Squad, including those of Emma herself, represent individual experiences. They are shared to inspire and illustrate what is possible, not to set an expectation of what you will personally achieve.
Your results will be influenced by a wide range of factors unique to you, including your starting point, body composition, age, hormonal profile, genetics, sleep quality, stress levels, consistency of effort, and adherence to the programme. Because these variables differ so significantly from person to person, we cannot, and do not, promise that you will achieve any specific outcome.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
Sister Squad does not make any guarantee of weight loss, fat loss, body composition change, or any other specific physical result. Statements such as "lose X kg in Y weeks" are not something we use, because we do not believe in setting unrealistic or one-size-fits-all expectations.
What we do promise is that our programmes are designed by a qualified fitness professional, grounded in evidence-based principles, and built to support sustainable, long-term change for women who show up consistently and follow the guidance provided. Progress takes time, and we are here to support you through it honestly.
Not a Medical Programme
Our fitness and nutrition programmes are not medical interventions and are not designed to treat, manage, or cure any health condition, including obesity, eating disorders, metabolic conditions, or any other diagnosed illness. They are not a substitute for the advice or treatment of a qualified medical professional.
If your goal of losing weight is driven by a medical need or is being managed alongside a health condition, we strongly encourage you to work with your GP, a registered dietitian, or another qualified healthcare provider in addition to, or instead of, a fitness programme. Your health and safety always come first.
Healthy Approach
At Sister Squad, we are committed to promoting a healthy, balanced, and compassionate approach to fitness and body confidence. We do not endorse extreme calorie restriction, rapid weight loss methods, diet culture, or any approach that prioritises aesthetic outcomes over physical and mental wellbeing.
Our programmes are built around building strength, improving energy, developing sustainable habits, and helping women feel confident in their bodies, not chasing a number on the scale. We encourage you to approach your journey with patience, self-compassion, and a long-term mindset. If at any point a programme does not feel right for your body or your mental health, please stop and seek appropriate support.
