You are welcomed into the Power Path, shown where to start, and given one clear rhythm for your first week. You will know what to focus on, where to find your workouts and food support, and how to step into the Community Cafe for encouragement. It is guided from the start, so you are not left figuring it out alone.

Will I feel behind if I join after everyone else?

No. Sister Squad is designed for women joining in real life, not at a perfect moment. You enter through the same clear starting point, pick the path that fits you, and move at your own pace. The community is there to help you settle in quickly, not make you feel late.

Is this mainly workouts?
