I’ve been listening to everything you’ve been saying over the last few weeks, so this month is really all about fast, furious, and effective workouts.

For everyone that says “I can’t find the time”, or “I’m too busy”. These workouts are going to be some of your favourites to date.

I get it. Sometimes it can be hard to find the time to fit in workouts when you’ve got a million things to do and you feel like the days are constantly just getting away from you.

But the truth is. If you haven’t got 10 or 20 minutes for yourself on a daily basis it’s only a matter of time before you crash and burn.

You’ve got to look after numero uno. I’m always saying it, but without you at your best, you can’t give your best back to the people that you love the most.

Put your physical and mental health at the top of your to-do list every single day Sista. You’ll be unstoppable if you do.

Make a no excuses “I’m going to do this for me” contract with yourself and don’t let anything get in your way.
