Hi, I’m Emma…
I’m a Coach, Fitness Professional, and Mammy to a beautiful little girl named Ella.
My passion has always been helping women live healthier, more vibrant lives. But my own journey has taught me that health is so much more than diet and exercise. It’s about understanding your body, your hormones, and your life at every stage.
When I started in the fitness industry 20 years ago, I followed all the “traditional” rules. I exercised regularly, ate clean, and saw great results. But as I entered my mid-to-late 30s, things began to shift.
My energy dipped, I felt sluggish, and my usual routines weren’t delivering the same results. Even though I wasn’t overweight, I didn’t feel good in my own skin. I was tired, anxious, and started to question what was going on beneath the surface.
Then I became pregnant at 38. It was one of the most joyful, but also one of the most challenging, times in my life. I gained two stone during my pregnancy, experienced fluctuating hormones, and faced some scary health challenges, including pre-eclampsia and lingering high blood pressure. On top of that, my amazing mother was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer’s, adding another layer of stress and heartache.
All of this pushed me to my limits. I powered through because I wanted to be the best Mammy for Ella, but it became clear that my old approach to health—eating the same foods, following the same workouts—just wasn’t working anymore.
Something Had To Change

I started diving into research, experimenting with different approaches, and learning how to work with my body instead of fighting against it. That’s when I discovered the power of understanding hormones, aligning my habits with my cycle, and tuning into what my body truly needed.
Now in my 40s, I can confidently say I’ve cracked the code on feeling amazing from the inside out.
I have more energy, better mood stability, and the strength to show up fully for my family, my business, and my own well-being. I’ve learned that health doesn’t have to mean sacrificing time with your kids or feeling overwhelmed by complicated routines. It’s about finding sustainable strategies that fit your real life—no matter your age, stage, or circumstances.
This realisation is what drives my work with Sister Squad. Together, we’re building a supportive community of women who refuse to settle for “just okay.”
We’re empowering each other to thrive at every age—through our 30s, 40s, peri-menopause, menopause, and beyond.
We celebrate our bodies’ incredible strength, share our stories, and find joy in the process of taking care of ourselves.
Because here’s what I know: Women deserve to feel their best. Not just sometimes, not just “good enough”—but truly strong, energised, and happy in their own skin.
